C-130 is a very successful aircraft. There is no doubt about it. It is used in many countries and the aircraft fly dozens of mission types without any problems. My recent visit to 33 Transport Aviation Base in Powidz, the home of C-130 is standing behind this little post. As months and years go by our old C-130 E Hercules aircraft are not getting any younger. And as someone pointed out, there are never to many of such machines because the army as a whole starts to appreciate the new transport capabilities and is using the planes more and more.
